Adductors
The Vastus Lateralis wraps around the outside of the thigh. Vastus Medialis is near the Knee on the inside of the leg. The TFL borders the upper outer thigh and attaches to the IT Band. Finally, the Adductors are many muscles along the inside of the thigh.
